Ed Pupillo - Ed has worked in the hospitality industry for over 30 years and first opened Grand Slam in 2007. If he's not coming up with new menu ideas or planning a community benefit you can find him meeting and greeting with our guests.
Patrice Pupillo Patrice, Ed's daughter, is a former music teacher who found her passion for the hospitality industry a few years back and has left the classroom for good. She bartends, serves, manages and also has the pleasure of putting together or updating all our flyers, calendars, facebook and so on. Patrice has a son Parker and a daughter Ella who at times you will find trying their best to be part of the Grand Slam team by greeting guests and washing the windows.
Dustin Duncan - Dustin, Ed's son, can usually be found in the kitchen (when he's not working his other job with the Pacific and Antonia Fire Departments) cooking, managing, and placing orders.
Darryl Iden - Darrel is our kitchen manager, that oversees the kitchen and helps us come up with new items for our ever-growing menu.
Jill Pratt - when Jill is not in paramedic school you will find her bartending, serving, managing and entertaining our guest and the staff with her positive attitude.
Jayme Jones- Jayme is our catering/marketing manager and when she is not subbing for high school; she bartends, serves and is developing new and creative promotions for both the restaurant and the catering division.
